“Fast, clean and thorough! Patrick was on time (40 minutes into the 2 hour window), efficient (he finished with both the refrigerator and the dryer in 30 minutes) and smart (he had the the parts he needed with him. It almost makes up for the frustration with appliances that break down after 2 years. Everyone that has bought an appliance in the last 10 years knows that you need a good appliance guy/gal a couple times a year. We now have Patrick on speed dial.”

“Great friendly and quick service I had them out to repair my ice maker and my technician Patrick was very knowledgable about my appliances and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. The customer service at Appliance guys were very friendly and accommodating when scheduling a return visit (parts had to be ordered). Patrick even listened to my dishwasher run while working on my fridge and assured me it was running as it was suppose to.”

“This wasn’t my first great experience with Appliance Guys. That was to rehabilitate a dying front load washer, and ultimately, recommend a new one to replace the DOA one.

Today, they continued to live up to expectations set by this Yelp community. My tenant called to tell me there was water dripping from the indoor ceiling of the refrigerator at our rental. Lo and behold, it was true, and it didn’t look like the door had been left ajar or anything had melted in the freezer. This was on a Saturday. I called AG on Monday, and Jackie was super friendly and accommodating with my schedule — she had openings the same day, but due to conflicts, we scheduled for 8 AM Tuesday.

The next day, I got a call from Patrick around 7:30 AM saying he was 30 minutes out. Well, I was running late and showed up a few minutes past 8 to find my tenant had already let Patrick in. Not only had he permanently fixed the leak due to a warped foam spacer, he took care of the sticky door that had plagued us since we bought the place! Now that is top notch service with a friendly smile. I’m happy to pay the $79 service charge as well as the $3 credit card fee (iPhone swiper) to support this business, and they will be my first call when an appliance goes awry.”

“Really good experience. Initially sent a request via their web page that was not returned, a week later I pinged them via email and had a response within an hour (apologizing for the miss). Not a big deal.

Scheduled an apt for the next Tuesday at 9-11am (time worked for me). Kevin called at 9:02am letting me know he was 20 min away and arrived as he said.

Came in, took apart the dryer and determined it was the pulley. Quick replacement. $79 service call covered the first 30min of work, additional $20 for the extra 10-15 he was there and $22 for the part. I was hoping for $130-150 and it came in at $121.

Good price, 40 min start to finish and he cleaned out all the lint. Kevin also gave me some heads up on some repairs coming down the road, good to know as this dryer is 8-10 years old.

Repair guys like this are hard to find. I asked for a magnet to keep on hand, I will absolutely call them the next time something comes up.
